Sylvia was born in South Africa at the country side, near a town called Durban.

At her young age she sang in church choirs, and in school choirs, and that is where she started to build her strong voice, and became a lover of Music. Mostly Black African Churches sing only Gospel Music, which means a lot to them, and that’s where she built her voice stronger

She became a Swiss Citizen in 1981, and started to join some Church Choirs. She joined a very Famous Church Choir in Zürich, Witikon Classical Church Choir, and the Adliswil Choir, Join Together, Which in 1994, the Choir Produced their first CD which sold very well.

With the time Sylvia wanted to fulfil her Childhood dream to be a Gospel Singer. She sang all over in Switzerland and some parts in Germany, and when she starts to sing, nobody sit still, they all start to move, as she is very active and powerful. She sings with her full heart and love of Gospel Music and she connects herself with God.

When she starts to sing, everyone becomes deeply touched with her music, and they start to move. She has all her Repetoir songs made in the Studio according to her taste.

In 1999, she produced her first CD which has been sold successfully, and she has a lot of Fans who love her Gospel Music. She is now working on her new CD, which is her own compositions, and hoping to be out soon.

She has sang with the well known Eglisauer Brass Band for the Concert Gala, for the changing of Year 1999 to year 2000 . Sang at the Panorama Hotel Wollerau for the World Firm Kühne und Nagel, Park Hotel in Weggis, Five Star Hotel Dolder in Zürich, Christmas & New Year 2000 / 2001 in Four Star Hotel National Davos, Middle of July 2001 at the four Star Hotel Anfi Palace in Mürren Berneroberland !
